In the municipality of Sveti Filip i Jakov, not far from Biograd na Moru in Croatia, we have begun the design phase for a new set of apartment buildings. This project includes the construction of two houses and one apartment building with a total of four units, which will offer comfortable living with a breathtaking view of the sea. During 2024, we expect the issuance of a building permit and the start of construction.
