Surrounded by two majestic national parks, right on the Adriatic coast in the Zadar County, a resort is set to be developed over an area of 150,000 m². The resort will include the planned construction of various types of buildings such as apartment houses, a hotel & SPA, private villas, a commercial center, marina, restaurants, cafes, sports facilities, and many more.
Thanks to the sloping terrain, the buildings can be placed to maximize the number of direct sea views.
