This apartment, located in one of the most luxurious districts of Brno - Černá Pole - came to us in its original state from 1973. Under our supervision, it underwent a complete renovation, from the replacement of electricity, plumbing pipes, windows, to sanding the original oak parquet floor and equipping it with stylish furniture.
During the reconstruction, we paid attention to every detail and wanted to convey the exclusivity of the environment in which it is located (only 300m from Villa Tugendhat). The overall impression of the apartment is highlighted by a large threshold-free window leading into the spacious garden and glossy stretch ceilings that increase the space.
